Tempe Human Services Needs Assessment

Assessing Human Services Needs in Tempe for 2024 and Beyond

Tempe Community Council has launched its tri-annual Human Services Needs Assessment to understand and address the evolving needs of Tempe residents.  This comprehensive study is being conducted in partnership with Arizona State University’s Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC)

A critical part of this study is hearing directly from community members through a community-wide survey.  Your feedback is essential to ensuring that services are aligned with the needs of residents.

SURVEY NOW OPEN – WE NEED YOUR INPUT!

The community needs assessment survey is currently open to all Tempe residents aged 18 or older. We encourage everyone in the Tempe community to share the survey and help spread the word. The survey is available in both English and Spanish, and will remain open until November 11, 2024 (extended).

You can download the flyers (in both languages) that include the survey link and a QR code for easy access.

Please Note: This survey is separate from the City of Tempe’s Community Survey that was distributed in July. Even if you participated in that survey, we encourage you to also complete this one which is more comprehensive and specific to human services, conducted in partnership with ASU SIRC.

If you’d like printed flyers for distribution, just let us know!

  • Senior/older adults  65+
  • Adults with children/youth in the household
  • People with disabilities
  • Undocumented individuals
  • Low-income individuals who are employed

Your help in distributing the flyer or sharing the survey link is invaluable.

Your Voice Matters

If there are other ways we can collaborate to engage the Tempe community in this effort, please let us know. Your participation is crucial in helping us gather a broad and representative range of perspectives.
