ACCOMMODATION AND ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS
Anyone needing accommodations due to a disability or language assistance, requests can be made by contacting us via email at tccinformation@tempe.gov or calling 480.858.2300. Reasonable requests due to a disability including sign language interpretation for any TCC meeting, event, or program can be requested by calling the TCC office. 2025 Free Tax Preparation Access Info
We work to ensure all taxpayers can participate in and receive the benefits of our tax programs and services. Reasonable accommodation requests due to a disability including sign language interpretation for tax preparation services can be submitted when scheduling an appointment – a one week advance notice is needed, two weeks is preferred. Call 480.858.2300.
The Internal Revenue Service has made changes to help ensure inclusion, accessibility and access is available for all taxpayers to receive assistance. For language assistance other than English, IRS supported translation services are available at the Tempe tax site in 2025. HOW TO FILE A DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT
