Volunteer Award

The Spirit of Tempe Karma Volunteer Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant impact through dedicated volunteer service benefitting those in Tempe.      

ELIGIBILITY

Must live, work or have served in the Tempe community in a significant way as a volunteer.  This could be service to one area or multiple areas.  

AWARD PRESENTATION

Recipient selected for the Volunteer Award will be announced in August  and presented by Tempe Community Council at their annual event the Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards being held in October 2025.     

SUBMIT A NOMINATION

Complete the nomination below.  All nominations must be received or submitted by June 16, 2025.    

To ensure your nomination information is not lost before submission, it is recommended the narrative text be created in a separate document, then copied and inserted into the nomination form.   A notice statement will be displayed upon submission to ensure your nomination was accepted.
